Performance Day at Laundry (post-show)

After the bands had played, things got a little too hip-hop at Laundry for our liking, so we quickly made our way back to our hotel room to drop off the gear, and met up with Meng and Kev from Love Me Butch, who had come out to watch the show. With them was of course my MSN buddy Jana. Seeing him for the first time in real life felt similar to that of reuniting with an old friend. They, along with a few other incredibly nice people, took us away from the suburban wasteland and brought us to one of those 24 hour joints that serve Maggie goreng, roti canai, and other delicious munchies. We had a van to wake up for at 8:30, but still chatted away until well after 4 in the morning. After all, sleep is easy to come by. Good company and good conversations aren't.
