Osaka by Day

With only a couple of hours to roam around Osaka, Emil and I made the most of the time by hitting a ramen joint as well as checking out some used clothing in the Shinsaibashi area.

Zepp Osaka

I am currently sitting in the VIP balcony of Zepp Osaka, watching NIN play one of the final songs on the last night of the Japan tour.

It's been such an eye-opening experience watching the whole behind the scenes operation. I simply had no idea it took so much from so many people to pull off a show of this magnitude.

The complex setup of just one of the guitar rigs is enough to give the average musician a serious headache. And I still haven't figured out what half the people in the crew do.

It's definitely a real blast touring like this though, with catering, fancy hotels, shuttle buses, a full crew to move your gear, amazing sound system, etc.
